HRTrek – User Data Deletion Policy

HRTrek is an enterprise attendance and workforce management application used by organizations to manage employee attendance and salary records.

How users can request data deletion

Employees or authorized representatives may request deletion of their personal data by contacting the organization’s HR/Admin or by emailing us at:

Data that may be deleted

Upon verification, the following data may be deleted:

  • Employee profile information

  • Attendance records

  • Location data captured during check-in/check-out

  • Photos captured for attendance verification

Processing time

Data deletion requests are processed within 7–30 business days, subject to organizational policies and legal or compliance requirements.

Exceptions

Certain data may be retained if required by:

  • Employment laws

  • Accounting or statutory compliance

  • Internal audit requirements
