  • Client: Refers to the individual or entity purchasing the services.
  1. Eligibility for Refunds
  • Refunds are only considered if a request is made within 7 days of the service delivery.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the Client must provide a clear reason for dissatisfaction, and evidence of issues or non-conformance with agreed specifications.
  1. Non-Refundable Circumstances
  • Change of mind after the service delivery.
  • Incomplete information or misleading details provided by the Client that impact the service outcome.
  • Delays caused by the Client’s actions or inactions.
  • Any additional work requested by the Client that is beyond the scope of the original agreement.
  1. Refund Process
  • To request a refund, contact our support team at customercare@softudyog.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.
  • Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 4-5 business days.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Clients can cancel their service order within 1 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  • If the cancellation is made after 1 hours, any work completed up to that point will be deducted from the refund amount.
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • If a dispute arises regarding a refund, Soft Udyog will make every effort to resolve the matter amicably.
  1. Changes to the Refund Policy
  • Soft Udyog reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
  • It is the Client’s responsibility to review the refund policy periodically.
